Exit Waterfall, Extendedsheet the calculations for the liquidation preferences for the second and third share class blocks (Series E and D in the default setup) referenced the incorrect lines from the predistribution cap table. Thank you Jesse for pointing it out; the fix is easy to make, and the updated model is available for Excel and Google Sheets.
