Common questions
How do I download or access my purchase?
Download link arrives by email right after checkout. Models are Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel (.xlsx), fully open, unlocked, and editable on Mac or PC. You can always re-access products from your dashboard.
Can I use Excel and Google Sheets interchangeably?
Yes. All models run in both. Upload an Excel file to Sheets or download a Sheet as Excel and everything works.
How long does setup take?
About 2 hours to build a base model with your business data. Models are designed to be edited — change illustrative numbers to fit your business.
Is support included?
Yes. Email, phone, and WhatsApp support on understanding and using the models is free with every purchase. For hands-on help, a 1-hour paid onboarding session is available at Get Started.
Are updates included?
Yes. One purchase covers all future versions. When a model updates, you get an email and can grab the latest file from your original receipt. Critical updates are flagged and documented in the model's Changelog sheet.
Can I get a refund, exchange, or upgrade?
Case-by-case. Contact me within one month of purchase — first option is an exchange, upgrade, or downgrade. If no model fits, I process a refund. Structures are consistent across the line, so inputs move between models easily.
Can I customize the model for my business?
Yes. Every cell is open for editing. You can customize it yourself, use AI to help, or purchase paid customization services through Audit your AI or Custom Models.
What if my payment fails?
Common causes: insufficient funds, bank declined the charge, fraud system flagged the browser or IP, ZIP code mismatch, VPN or proxy enabled. Try a different browser, device, or network. If it still fails, contact me and I'll sort an alternative payment method.
Is VAT included?
If applicable, VAT is added to the listed price (EU law requires this for digital goods sold to EU customers). EU businesses with a valid VAT number can enter it at checkout to avoid VAT, or request a VAT refund post-purchase via the Generate Invoice link in your receipt.
Is there a discount based on where I live?
Yes. Prices are adjusted for purchasing power parity based on World Bank data. Discounts range from 20% to 50% and show in your cart before payment. PPP discounts can't be combined with other coupons. You can decline the discount at checkout.
Do you offer bulk licensing?
Yes — 20% discount on 5+ licenses for incubators, accelerators, and universities. Contact me.
