What this unlocks

The cap table web builder is free to use. Anyone can model rounds, convert SAFEs and notes, run anti-dilution scenarios, and watch dilution change live, with no account. Saving your model to the web and exporting it to Excel requires a one-time minimum donation.

Unlock saving and you get:

• Save unlimited cap tables to your account. Open them again anytime.
• Read-only share links. Send a URL and the recipient sees the cap table without signing in.
• Excel export. Download any saved cap table as a workbook.
• Fork from a shared link. When someone sends you a model, copy it into your own account.

One donation per account. No recurring fee.

Why pay-what-you-want

The web builder is open to anyone. Pay above the $20 floor and the unlock follows your account from then on. Developing and maintaining this takes time, please pay more if it is meaningfully valuable for your business.

If you purchased the Cap Table & Exit Waterfall Excel template, that purchase counts toward this floor. The cart only asks you for the difference.

What if I never save?
Use the builder anonymously as much as you want. Everything works without an account, you just can't save, share, or export.

One unlock per account, what does that mean?
After you pay, every cap table you create on the same account is saveable, shareable, and exportable. No per-model fee.

Does the donation cover the Excel template?
The Excel template is a separate purchase at /cap-table. Donations across the cap-table family count toward each floor, but the products themselves are different.

Can I get a refund?
It's a donation, so refund handling is case-by-case. If something went wrong, get in touch and let's discuss.
