Here is what everything costs, in one place.

The paid models

Two models are paid, and both are one-time purchases with lifetime access to their major version. You buy once, download to Excel or copy to Google Sheets, and re-download updates from your account whenever a new version ships.

  • Standard Financial Model: $149
  • Venture Capital Model: $349

The tools are free, pay what you want

You can download any of the tools for nothing. There is a suggested price of about $20 if you want to chip in, and it genuinely helps, but the tool is the same either way.

Browser, AI and API

Browser calculations and editing are free, and creating an account lets you save. For API and MCP compute, each annual product costs $20/year and includes 6,000 successful calculations:

  • Cap Table & Exit Waterfall: one allowance shared by both engines.
  • Fund Economics: an independent allowance.

Allowances reset on the annual billing date, not daily; unused calculations do not roll over. There are no automatic overage charges. See compute allowances and limits for counting, retries, cancellation, and request limits.

Services

This is where I work with you directly, rather than hand you a template.

  • Working session: $395. A one-hour working call where you drive and I help set a model up for your business. See Working session.
  • Custom model: quoted, most $1K to $10K. A model built for your business or fund. See Custom model. A review of a model you built with AI is a working session.
